STORM WATCH: More than 3 inches of snow possible for NYC; deep freeze to stick around

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says extremely cold weather sticks around overnight with snow arriving tomorrow morning at around 8 a.m.
WHAT: Another round of steady light-to-moderate snow is expected to bring 2 to 4-plus inches of snow for the city. Snow will be light and very fluffy, insta-sticking and accumulating quickly.
The heaviest precipitation will be taking place at noon and in the afternoon and will continue through around 7-8 p.m.
WHERE: All five boroughs. Closer to 2 inches for the Bronx, potential for 4 inches or more in Brooklyn.
TONIGHT: Cloudy and very cold. Lows down to 26.
TOMORROW - STORM WATCH: Steady light-to-moderate snow, starting around 7AM. Some heavier snow bands are possible around noon, with Brooklyn on the northern edge. Snow showers end by 6PM. 1-3" of snow expected for the Bronx, 2-4" for Brooklyn, depending on the bands. Highs near 29 early, falling through the 20s by the evening. Lows crash to 15.
SATURDAY/SUNDAY: BITTER BLAST: Feeling like near-zero Saturday and Sunday morning with lows down to 15. Sunny but it isn't doing a lot to help the temperature plunge. Highs near 22 Saturday, 30 Sunday.
MONDAY: Highs: high 30s Lows: low 30s. Sunny and cold but more normal temperatures for January.
TUESDAY: Highs: in the 40s!! Woohoo!! Lows: High 30s. Cloudy & Chilly
