WHAT'S NEW: Downpours right after midnight and stormy conditions continue into the morning. Possible flash flood warnings tomorrow morning.
WHAT'S NEXT: Slow travel expected for the Thursday morning commute. Expect downpours and gusty winds. Primary threat is street flooding and ponding on the roadways for poor drainage areas. 1-2 inches of rainfall is possible. For Friday, dry and breezy with warm temperatures in the low-80s.
Overnight: Pockets of heavy rain and gusty winds. Lows near 66.
Thursday: Morning periods of heavy rain and gusty winds. Street flooding/ponding on the roadways are likely. Mostly sunny with lower humidity during the afternoon. Highs near 80. Lows near 62.
Friday: Mostly sunny with a warm breeze. Highs near 81. Lows near 63.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy, chance of showers, breezy. A bit cooler. Highs near 72. Lows near 62.
Sunday: Partly sunny and nice. Highs near 76. Lows near 64.
Monday: Chance of showers early, Sun and clouds, warm. Highs near 77. Lows near 65.
