A vigil was
held Saturday in Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's hometown of Brooklyn at the
Grand Army Plaza.
The
memorial grew throughout the day, as people payed tribute to the legend of the
"Notorious R.B.G." - who fought for equality for woman and all.
Many
mothers brought their daughters to show them how one person can change the
world and leave it differently than the way they entered it.
Others
mourned collectively at a time when they've been cooped up in quarantine for
months.
Attendees
say they hope that any nomination for the Supreme Court justice seat will wait
until the general election so that people have time to mourn.
President
Donald Trump says he wants a new justice sworn in "without delay."
