NEXT: A few showers tonight, steadiest between 12-6 a.m. Spotty drizzle/showers through midday Monday.
NEXT - HEAT ALERT: Back into the 90s with another potential heat wave for mid-to-late week.
MONDAY: A few scattered showers in the morning, with an isolated shower or two through mid-day. Highs near 81. Lows around 73.
TUESDAY: Turning hot and humid. Highs near 92. Lows down to 75. An isolated shower or storm can't be ruled out between 5-9 p.m.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and hot. A dry heat. Highs near 92. Lows around 79.
THURSDAY - HEAT ALERT: Hazy, very hot & humid. Highs near 98. (Record: 100 from 1944) Lows near 82.
FRIDAY: A lower confidence forecast ... storms may arrive as soon as the afternoon. The later the storms, the hotter it will get, vice versa if earlier. As of now, highs near 91. Lows down to 76.
SATURDAY: A few showers may linger into the morning, otherwise turning partly cloudy and not as humid. Highs near 85. Lows around 74.
