One man is dead and another hospitalized in stable condition following a shooting outside a Morris Park cafe Saturday afternoon.
According to witnesses, the two victims were seen talking with the suspect outside Cafe Sirata before shots rang out. Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where 39-year-old Pellumb Fusha was pronounced dead. Police say the second victim, who was shot in the arm, is in stable condition.
Locals say the they're shocked by the shooting, considering the precinct has a low crime rate and the least number of murders last year, three, in any Bronx precinct.
