A mother in Canarsie is heartbroken and is working with police to track down her missing son who has autism.

Leslie Guerra says her son, Isaiah Santiago, was last seen wearing green sweats and a light green T-shirt. She says her son took out the garbage just before 7:30 p.m., and after she called him and didn’t get an answer, she realized something was wrong.

Isaiah Santiago was last spotted on Thursday night at the 23rd Street station heading uptown on the 1 train, according to law enforcement officials.

“Just know that we are waiting to see you, I can't wait to put my arms around you. Your brother, your family, your sister, we are all looking for you. Your friends are looking for you everybody's looking for you and every body cares a lot about you and your going to feel that love when you come back home,” said Guerra.
