Police say they made an arrest in a fatal Williamsburg crash that took place in February.
According to investigators, 31-year-old Michael Rivera now faces multiple charges including manslaughter, speeding, leaving the scene of an accident and more. Rivera was driving a Mercedes Benz when he blew a red light and collided with a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus. The passenger of his vehicle was ejected on impact and later died due to their injuries.
Police say two others were injured and Rivera fled the scene.
