Neighbors living at the corner of Avenue J and E 92nd Street are no strangers to vehicle accidents.

"They happen all the time, twice a month, sometimes every few days," said Tanya Seguinot, a Canarsie resident.

So far this year, there's been 14 accidents at the intersection, according to city data.

Residents say they have fought to get a four-way stop sign added, a traffic light or speed bumps.
