The City Council’s ethics committee has recommended that Councilmember Andy King be expelled from office.

The City Council’s ethics committee has recommended that Councilmember Andy King be expelled from office.
The committee stated that King has continued to misuse government resources and wantonly mistreated his staff.
This is the third time the committee has probed and sustained allegations of wrongdoing by King.
The charges against King, who was first elected in 2013, will be published Wednesday.
