A busy Bay Ridge intersection is leaving pedestrians at a dangerous crossroads, according to Community Board 10.
The board says crosswalk signals and traffic lights at 86th Street and Dahlgren Place often give pedestrians and drivers the right of way at the same time. Members also complain drivers ignore a ?yield to pedestrians? sign while trying to make a right turn to get onto the expressway.
Community Board 10 has filed a formal complaint with the Department of Transportation (DOT). The DOT says it will conduct an investigation at the intersection.
