Drivers are being warned to expect traffic delays on the RFK Bridge this afternoon. The bridge will experience lane closures at the Harlem River span at 3 p.m. to allow marine traffic to flow through.

Drivers are being warned to expect traffic delays on the RFK Bridge this afternoon.
The bridge will experience lane closures at the Harlem River span at 3 p.m. to allow marine traffic to flow through. The closures will last for 20 minutes.
Bronx commuters are advised to take the Willis Avenue or Third Avenue bridges as an alternate route into Manhattan.
