A Woodson Houses apartment went up in flames at around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, leaving three people with minor injuries.
The FDNY says 20 units responded to the scene in Brownsville. Firefighters told News 12 that the fire was inside the apartment in the living room area and spread to the balcony.
The fire was deemed under control at 4:24 p.m.
