The Lindenwood Diner on Linden Boulevard is an East New York restaurant specializing in serving hybrid American classics to its West Indian and Latin American customers.
On the menu are items like crab legs, oxtails, jerk salmon and collard greens. There are also Cajun, Southern, Caribbean and Latin plates and specialties -- like paella.
"We try to cater to the clientele in the neighborhood, and it's helped us tremendously," says Thomas Urena, one of three owners. "We are very busy."
