Hundreds of students, parents and staff members protested outside Christopher Columbus High School today over the New York City Department of Education's decision not to fire Bronxdale High School Principal John Chase.
Chase was found guilty in a departmental investigation of making lewd, explicit and sexual comments toward staff in the school.
Despite the investigation, Chase was only issued a letter of reprimand and ordered to take sensitivity training.
Those protesting outside the school say they will continue until the principal is removed.
