Parents of students at Thomas Conley School in
Bethlehem Township are encouraged to send their children with their own water
bottles after the school's drinking water received a noncompliance.
The school says samples collected over the last four
quarters show abnormal rates of PFOS in their water.
While the rate is currently
below the maximum contaminant level, they must continue to notify the public
every three months until PFROS is permanently removed from the drinking water.
