A 22-year-old woman was killed in a crash Sunday morning on the Bruckner Expressway.

Police say the woman got out of her car for unknown reason and was hit by another car heading westbound. She then flew into the air and landed onto the Bronx River service road below.

Police say she was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
