An NYPD officer has taken it upon himself to remove graffiti from the borough.
Officer John Repetti, of the 52nd Precinct, along with volunteers, seek out graffiti and try to clean it up.
Repetti has been removing graffiti for about three years now.
The supplies he needs to remove the graffiti, including paint brushes and paint, have been donated.
The precinct says they get hundreds of complaints about tagging and graffiti. If a vandal is caught, police say they can be put in jail for up to a year.
