The parents of an 8-year-old girl killed by a runaway school bus in Crown Heights last month plan to sue the city. According to officials, an 8-year-old boy snuck on the empty school bus and released the parking brake. The bus rolled into Amber Sadiq, causing her death. Sadiq?s family members have said they did not want the boy prosecuted, but felt the bus should have been secured.Now, the parents have filed notice that they plan to sue the city. The notice claims that the city didn't secure the bus, hired incompetent workers and failed to supervise the boy that caused the accident.
