A 42-year-old woman riding a bicycle was struck by a dollar van late Saturday afternoon in Mill Basin.
The incident took place at the corner of Avenue U and Flatbush Avenue.
Police say the driver tried to flee the scene before being restrained by passengers. Charges against the 42-year-old man are pending.
The woman was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County where she is listed in stable condition.
