Police say an arrest has been made in a viral car insurance scam attempt.

Maikel Martinez 28, of Brooklyn, has been charged with staging a motor vehicle accident and insurance fraud.

The dashcam video caught Martinez aggressively, reversing his silver Honda into another woman’s vehicle on the Belt Parkway east.

Officers say they are still looking for the three passengers who were in the car pretending to be injured at the time.
