Wendolin Ortiz, 19, was killed in a shooting that happened just after 7 a.m. at Mixtec Restaurant. Police say a 28-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were also shot and are in stable condition.
Police have identified the man in custody as Domingo Berroa. Police say the 32-year-old man is being charged with murder.
The incident reportedly happened while people were partying at an after-hours club.
A witness who was inside when he heard gunshots tells News 12 his friend was caught in the crossfire and was shot in the arm.
It is still unclear if the woman killed was the intended target or an innocent bystander.
