Power is still being restored to hundreds across Brooklyn that lost electricity Sunday.Con Edison says as many as 1,500 homes and businesses in the borough lost power after a series of manhole fires.The fires completely shut down service on the F, G and 4 lines and also caused significant delays on the 2 and 3 lines. Officials say those trains are now back on track.The owner of the Classic Diner in Carroll Garden says his restaurant is being hit hard by the outage.
