An appearance by rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie at a Queens mall sparked chaos Friday afternoon.
Police say they were called to Queens Center Mall around 2:15 p.m. for crowd control for the rapper's appearance at the mall's Puma store. The event ended up being canceled.
Despite this, many people did not leave because they did not believe it was actually cancelled.
So far no arrests have been made, but police say there was a stabbing near the mall. It is unknown if that incident was related to the crowd control situation.
At least five people were hospitalized.
