The week three winner of News 12's Road Trip is a hidden gem in the borough.

The Marine Park Salt Marsh Trail is removed from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn.

The mile-long trail has become an oasis for many trying to escape the sounds of the city.

"Loud music, all these people running around, screaming yelling, over here is so peaceful and i just want to be here in the quiet," says Frances Morales, of Sheepshead Bay.

Park goers say this hidden gem is the best spot for those looking for a break from the concrete jungle.

"You never really get enough of nature when you're here in Brooklyn, you're always used to walking to the train station, walking to the deli but it's a nice little secret slice of life over here," says Roberta Heiden, of Marine Park.
