A window was shattered at a Bushwick synagogue during Shabbat.
The incident happened at Chabad of Bushwick at 1087 Flushing Ave. around 2:10 a.m. Saturday.
Police say two unknown males threw an object through the synagogue’s window, shattering it while a religious ceremony was going on inside.
Officials say no one was injured during the incident. But the synagogue posted on its Facebook page that the window shattered feet from where children were playing.
In the post, the synagogue added, "We acknowledge the disturbing and increasingly frequent incidents of hate and prejudice... We encourage each other and the public to stand up against it...an attack on one of us is an attack on all of us."
The synagogue says its doors will remain open.
