Snow, sleet and rain moved into Brooklyn and the city Tuesday afternoon and caused slippery conditions for the evening commute. Drivers were urged to use caution when hitting the roads because of poor visibility and snow-covered roads. Meanwhile, many outdoor workers said the snowy conditions forced them to end their workday early.
