A simple barbecue turned lethal in Bushwick when a fight broke out and multiple people ended up in the hospital with burns Sunday, according to authorities.
Officials say the unprovoked fight took place on Linden Street and Wilson Avenue near the Heckscher playground.
Police say there was a fight after a soccer game that resulted in a big pot of boiling grease getting knocked over, burning a 5-year-old boy's back and arms.
The boy's father also got burned on his foot. They both went to the hospital but are in stable condition.
A third victim, an 18-year-old man, was not burned, but suffered head trauma during the fight. He is in stable condition.
The NYPD arrested 36-year-old Selisa Deltoro of Brooklyn for three counts of assault and reckless endangerment.
Police are still investigating.
