A Brooklyn man was arrested in connection to an arson spree across Prospect Heights and Clinton Hill, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Bryan Oviedo, 32, allegedly set fire to approximately 20 buildings between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Aug. 20.

The Church of St. Luke and St Matthew, located at 520 Clinton Ave., was one of multiple buildings damaged in the spree, according to authorities.

The USAO says Oviedo was arrested on Saturday and will appear in court Monday afternoon.

Police say Oviedo faced multiple charges in the past including aggravated harassment and criminal mischief.
