2h agoPolice say a 27-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday night outside of the Marcy Houses in Brooklyn.
Officers got a 911 call around 7:45 p.m. and when they arrived, they say they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals Kings County but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The scene unfolded at the intersection of Marcy Avenue and Ellery Street outside both the Marcy Houses and Gordo Food Corp.
It's still unclear what transpired that lead to the victim being shot.
