A plan to demolish a Park Slope elementary school is being called dangerous and flawed by local community leaders and parents.
The group voiced opposition at a rally Tuesday on the front steps of City Hall. Protesters say the more than 100-year-old P.S. 133 should be renovated instead of razed.
The School Construction Authority says it's done everything to guarantee the project won't pose a danger. It says a new facility being planned would help relieve overcrowding.
