Valhalla man indicted on animal cruelty charges in connection to death of dog in Greenburgh
A Valhalla man has been indicted on animal cruelty charges over the death of a small dog in Greenburgh.
Police say 41-year-old Cory Eulin faces charges, including aggravated cruelty to animals.
The incident happened last December in the area of Manhattan Avenue and Beech Street.
Police say Eulin is accused of grabbing a Shih Tzu by the neck and throwing it into the street with such force that the dog’s head slammed into the cement.
When the dog’s owner confronted Eulin, he allegedly attempted to assault the owner.
